Oxford Entertainment is a production company formed in January 2003 by filmmaker James Oxford.

Oxford Entertainment's mission is to produce cutting edge feature films, commercials and episodic television.

The company's first film, Smart Card, shot in Los Angeles, was completed November 2004.

The company's second film, Dark Waters, is currently in production.
